Open Google Meets office hours with teachers are from 9-11 this morning if kiddos need help with online assignments. Students should complete all assignments posted on Canvas during the day today. 7/8th grade girls volleyball practice for Monday has been cancelled. Their next practice is Wednesday for both grades.

The 7th Grade boys basketball team continues regional play at 5:45 versus Quincy at Glenwood Middle School.

Freshman Preview Night is tonight at 6pm at the high school your child will be attending. If your child is attending Lanphier next year, the following is for you:

Lanphier will be holding Freshman Preview Night from 6:00 - 7:00. Families will need to park in the Converse Parking lot and enter the converse doors, due to construction. The night will start off in our Auditorium.

Tomorrow 1/15 is 8th Grade Sports Recognition Night for Poms, Cheer, and Boys Basketball. Due to High School Freshmen Preview night occurring as well. We will play the 8th boys game 1st at 3:30PM then recognize our athletes after the game followed by the 7th grade game. All 8th graders will be encouraged to leave after recognition to head to preview night. See you tomorrow!

Tonights volleyball game at Mt. Zion has been moved to Mt Zion High School 305 S Henderson Mt Zion IL. 7th grade starts at 4:30PM.

Just giving you a friendly reminder that 9th grade Preview Night is Thursday January 15 at 6pm at the high school your child will be attending.

Mandatory tutoring is on hold for now. It will begin again after quarter 3 progress reports come out. However, students are still welcome to sign up voluntarily for tutoring using the link.

A change in scheduling for practices tonight due to a schedule error. 430-630PM boys 7/8 basketball practice 6-830PM girls 7/8 volleyball practice. Girls will try on Jerseys from 6 to 630. Please communicate with coaches if your athlete can't attend practice due to this change.

Tonight, we hope you attend the Winter & Band Choir Concert at Southeast. Please enter the doors to Southeast on Taylor Avenue. Doors will open at 5:30 to the public. Performance members may arrive at 5:15. Everyone will enter through metal detectors. Parking is located the parking lot near Eisenhower Pool.

Good afternoon due to the weather up north Peoria will not be traveling down for the boys basketball game today so the game has been canceled. Boys will still have practice 6 to 8. There will not be Poms or Cheer.

Our doors open for breakfast at 7:30 AM, and students should be here no later than 7:50 AM so they have enough time to get to their lockers and be in their first class when the bell rings.
